Welcome! My name is Dr. Julie Meade (she/her), and I’m a clinical psychologist based in Cincinnati, Ohio. I’m passionate about helping college students, young professionals, parents, and individuals navigating anxiety, depression, and ADHD find balance in their lives through online and in-person therapy.

Joining my clients on their path to mental wellness is such a joy. I honor and appreciate my clients for the beautiful humans they are. Whatever your background, identity, or strengths — whatever makes you who you are — it is valuable and worthy.


I’m here to help you better understand your thoughts, emotions, physiology, environment, and behavior so you can truly connect with your life in a meaningful, purposeful way. I do not have roadmap for a "perfect life," but I will walk alongside you as you create the life you wish to live.

I don’t pretend to have all of life’s answers. Instead, I work from a client-centered perspective, meaning you are literally at the center of my approach to therapy. I incorporate strategies from Acceptance and Commitment Therapy (ACT), Dialectical Behavioral Therapy (DBT), Mindfulness, Solution Focused Therapy, Positive Psychology, and Strengths-Based perspectives to help you become more confident in who you are as a parent, professional, college student, and, most importantly, a human being.
